We at present deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom and rest of European Union. However certain postcodes may not be possible to deliver to with our standard delivery price, and in that case we will get back to you to advise you on the additional payment that you may need to make for the delivery. If that additional delivery charge is not acceptable to you then we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you the payment you made in full including the delivery charge.
We will endeavour to display the price of delivery of the products on the website on the product page for all our products but if that is not possible the delivery price will definitely be shown on the checkout page for you to review before you proceed with the purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any clarification on the delivery price.
We can also deliver internationally but will need to quote a delivery price based on the product selected and delivery destination. Please contact us if you would like to order for delivery out with the United Kingdom and rest of European Union. We will only deliver to the port for International delivery and custom clearance will need to be done by you or your authorised agent. The custom duty and all other local taxes charged will also need to be paid by you for International deliveries.
The product(s) will be delivered only to a residential or business address and will not be delivered to a PO box. We will deliver the product(s) to the kerbside of the delivery address, and you would need to arrange to further move the product(s) into the property. However, in most cases we could arrange for the delivery of the product(s) to be done into the property, and product(s) assembled if required but this will be an additional service and would need to be additionally paid for. Please contact us to let us know at least seven (7) days before the expected date of delivery if you would need this service so that our team could arrange this service to you, advise you on the fee for this service and how payment could be made.
The packaging material will not be taken away by the delivery team in the standard kerbside delivery and you will need to dispose the packaging material as per local council guidelines. However, if you order additional service of moving the product(s) into the property and getting the products assembled (if required) then removal of packaging material could be done as part of the additional paid service. We would however advise you to retain the original packing materials as you will need it to pack the products with it in case you decide to return the standard products that are covered by our returns policy.
We will also need to disclose your contact details to the delivery company and the contact details may need to be displayed on your delivery items to help with the delivery.
We will advise you on the product page for the estimated time of delivery of the products. If due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery gets delayed then we will contact you to update you on the new approximate expected delivery date.
Delivery of the products will be done by our trusted delivery partners. We or our delivery partner will advise you on the definite date of delivery before the products are due to be delivered. If you are not home for the delivery our delivery partner will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. If you do not re-arrange delivery within 7 days from the first attempt at delivery then you will be liable for storage charges incurred on a daily basis as charged by our delivery partner which you will need to pay before the products are redelivered to you.
Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our site, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We may send your order in multiple shipments and/or from multiple warehouse(s) based in different countries if your order contains more than one product; or if stock of all products is not available with us; or if your order has a non-standard, customised, made-to-order or special order product. However, you will be not be charged any additional delivery charge if this was to occur. Risk of loss and damage of the products will pass on to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.

International deliveries can take between 5-21 days depending on the items ordered as well as the mode of transport selected, eg; air freight or sea freight. Here are some of our frequently asked questions.
1) What happens when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details for all courier deliveries. For larger deliveries, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day and time. You’ll be notified shortly before dispatch for all international freight orders travelling by air and/or sea.
2) If my order has multiple items, do you deliver items separately?
Yes. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. We will always notify you by email of the same.
3) How are custom-made orders shipped and how long will they take to arrive?
Normally all custom-made orders have their own manufacturing lead-times mentioned on the product description box beside each product. They are anywhere between 3 weeks to 6 weeks or in some cases longer depending on the product selected. Sometimes they can arrive quicker than the time mentioned and in this case we will notify you when the order is ready to be dispatched to you.
4) How long will In-stock items take to be dispatched?
All in-stock items will be dispatched in 2-5 working days depending on the warehouse in which they are stocked in. If the items are stocked in our UK warehouse, its between 1-2 days and if the items are in stock in our EU warehouse, the dispatch to you could take up to 3-5 working days.
5). How much will the duties and taxes be for my international delivery?
Please ensure you check this information with your local customs and tax office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these charges.
