The customer service was outstanding – both during the visit and when responding to our follow up questions about the various finishes/ materials/ sizes available. Once we ordered we were kept updated on delivery and they arrived ahead of the estimated dispatch period. We’re thrilled with the Ton stools too!

We were searching for a Vincent Sheppard dealer who could supply us with 4 x Lily Lloyd Loom counter stools. We shopped around and Fabiia was one of the companies I contacted to find out if they could supply the particular items we wanted. I own a restaurant in West London and was searching for some furniture for a renovation and expansion. I found some absolutely beautiful Vincent Sheppard peices on the fabiaa website. I called and dealt with Shija Walia (Creative Director) who was amazing! Incredibly helpful but also so warm and pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure my purchase was spot on and exactly what I needed. I visited the showroom to test some stools and choose colours – and just found more designers I fell in love with. Delivery was seemless – I had to change the delivery date numerous times as the renovations were delayed and Shija helped manage that. This would definitely be my first place to call the next time I need furniture for the home or the restaurant.
